Some things to keep in mind: Many of the post-production steps listed below overlap and merge, and therefore, the time periods noted are our best approximations of the process. • We aim for a turnaround of four to six months. However, this depends largely on our production schedule at any given point in time. We are not solely an editing studio. We take great pride in working with each and every customer: from the moment you first make contact with us, to filming your event, and finally the editing and delivery of your video. Often we are working on multiple projects at a time, and though your video is of the utmost importance to us, we appreciate your understanding and patience throughout this process. • Despite our multi-step mind boggling post-production process and the numerous checks that your video goes through, the occasional sound glych or split-second image freeze can sometimes occur. We advise you to review your wedding video right away, and notify us immediately if you notice anything wrong so that we can send you a replacement disc.
